Can I receive photos from my camera via FTP on iPhone?
Yes. Shutdesk runs an FTP receiver on your iPhone. Point your camera's FTP upload at it and photos land in the Shutdesk inbox, sorted by assignment. The camera and iPhone need a network connection between them.
Which cameras work?
Any camera that can upload over FTP, either built in or via a wireless transmitter – for example many Canon, Sony and Nikon bodies. Check your camera's manual for FTP upload support.
Does it write IPTC captions?
Yes. Write captions with Smart Codes and Shutdesk writes them to the IPTC metadata along with headline, photographer, credit, location and job ID. Your chosen IPTC setup can be applied automatically to every new photo.
How do I deliver?
Send photos over FTP or SFTP to your agency's or newspaper's server, export to Photos, Files and other apps, or share a Mini Desk link.
What is Mini Desk?
Mini Desk creates a private link where your client can view and download the photos, shared straight from your iPhone. The link can be extended for NOK 49 (7 days) or NOK 99 (30 days).

Does it read jersey numbers and fetch match data?
Jersey number reading is in beta. Automatic match data (match text, players and referees) is for elite football only; for other sports you add players yourself or import a TXT file.
